Position Cashier Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Uphold security measures to prevent theft and maintain cash register integrity. Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management as needed. Skills and Qualifications Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and calculating change. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
