Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Holding Hands Inc. Department Clinical Location Rosemead, CA Compensation $75,000 - $95,000 per year Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven BCBA to become an integral part of our team. The role will involve developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising staff and caregivers, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The work takes place at our clinic in Rosemead. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client. Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training. Use evidence‑based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients and families. Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
