The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $35.38 – $44.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (100% Onsite). Location: Aliso Viejo, CA.Job Summary:Prepare clinical study reports (CSRs) by translating data tables, listings, and figures into study outcome reports, ensuring data consistency and regulatory complianceTranslate clinical study synopses into full protocols, collaborating with project team members for input and accuracyInterpret data and apply scientific, regulatory, and compliance knowledge to document preparationReview clinical data and documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency in style and qualityConduct medical/scientific literature searches to support documentationTrack abstract submission deadlines and key dates for ophthalmology-related scientific conferencesCoordinate with Clinical and R&D teams on conference abstract submissionsPrepare and edit presentations, slide decks, posters, and other scientific communicationsAssist in developing figures, tables, and graphical content for publications and presentationsManage multiple writing assignments and prioritize deliverables to meet project timelinesParticipate in project team meetings, providing documentation status updatesRequirements:2–5 years of experience in clinical research, medical writing, life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industriesStrong understanding of clinical research methodologies, medical terminology, and scientific principlesWorking knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical/regulatory documentationExperience with CSRs, protocols, publications, abstracts, or posters preferredOphthalmology experience preferredExcellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to evaluate complex scientific informationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related field required; advanced degree (MS, PharmD, OD, PhD, MPH) preferred Eastridge Workforce Solutions
