Locum - Emergency Medicine - Urgent Care Physician - Marshfield, WI

Department: Emergency Medicine Start Date: 09-03-2024 Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Cerner Practice Setting: Inpatient Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: None Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 if clean file ED with combined EM/UC Need 2 FTE coverage (1 FTE= 11 shifts/month) Variable shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a 7 days/week with double coverage shifts M-F 10a-10p and Sat-Sun 11a-10p. The locum will typically be scheduled for a 12 hour shift. APC: There is at least one APC in urgent care from 730a-12a there are several overlapping shifts. Note the first day will be dedicated to orientation and would be on a Monday if that that works out with scheduling/availability
