Physical Therapist - Rehab

Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate. Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care. Document services accurately and timely. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT). Active state PT license (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
