Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist (BBBH26361) Carrollton, Texas Financial Additions has a great contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS). This is a HYBRID role near Addison. Responsibilities include: Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding past due account status, invoice disputes, and client inquiries as needed via telephone, email, or other written correspondence. Cash application/post customer payments. Create revenue variance analysis reports to management. Liaison for customer inquiries, taking ownership of research and resolving issues. Qualifications include: 2-4 years in AR role that included billing, collections, cash application Good understanding of GAAP. Professional communication skills - both written and verbal. Detailed, organized, and produces accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, strong Excel, and Copilot.) Business/accounting degree (or some college) preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
