Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and coordinate clinical trial operations across multiple studies. Working closely with the Principal Investigator (PI), this role is responsible for study management, patient enrollment, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality clinical research execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, research nurses, and regulatory teams.
• Coordinate and oversee daily clinical trial operations.
• Screen, enroll, and consent study participants according to protocol requirements.
• Schedule patient visits, laboratory testing, imaging, and study procedures.
• Monitor study activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate study documentation, source records, and clinical trial management systems.
• Coordinate sponsor monitoring visits and support audit readiness activities.
• Manage specimen collection, processing, storage, and shipment.
• Support study start-up activities, including protocol review, study calendars, and operational workflows.
• Communicate with participants and healthcare providers to obtain follow-up information.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory documents, reports, presentations, and study-related materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical research experience OR 2+ years in a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator or Senior Regulatory Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of clinical research regulations and study conduct.
• Experience supporting Principal Investigators and clinical study teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with oncology, specialty, or investigator-initiated research studies.
• Experience with IRB submissions, sponsor interactions, and site monitoring visits.
• Strong patient-facing clinical research experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paramus, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Paramus,NJ.
