Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for Texas and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
• Familiarity with creating and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and ages

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop customized treatment plans and provide direct therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to monitor and support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment, and attendance
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
