Entry Level Production Associate

We're seeking dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow with an industry leader candidates. You'll be responsible for moving raw materials, stacking pallets, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, a positive work environment, and weekly pay every Friday!

Job Type: Temp-To-Hire

Entry Level Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production lines to maintain efficiency
• Shift materials or finished goods to keep products flowing smoothly
• Inspect packaging and product quality
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment, including modern systems

Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Workdays Rotate Weekly:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (Rotating 3-day and 4-day workweeks)

Entry Level Production Associate Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output production environment
• Experience stacking and bundling products on pallets and able to lift 50lbs

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Paid weekly!
