• End Date: 03/29/2027
• Shift: 8-hour days (08:00 - 16:00), with weekend rounding and on-call responsibilities
• Hours/Week: Flexible, with coverage for 2 weekends/month + weekdays
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
• Experience: Strong foundation in adolescent psychiatry, medication management, and family collaboration

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $273.00
• Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit
• Pay Package: $350/hour; Night call: $750/night; In-person CB Rate: $300/hour; Telehealth CB Rate: $225/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide psychiatric care to adolescent patients, managing 6-12 patients daily
• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and develop treatment plans including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy
• Participate in weekend rounding and provide 24-hour on-call coverage, including admissions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and guardians
• Lead and supervise other healthcare professionals in patient care
• Address challenging behaviors using therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques
• Maintain compliance with legal, educational, and safeguarding protocols

What You Need:

• Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
• Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in adolescent psychiatry
• Strong skills in medication management, family collaboration, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to diverse patient backgrounds
