You must demonstrate excellent technical skills, excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and customer service skills. Your Job Requirements: • MT(ASCP) or equivalent • 4 years current, general clinical laboratory experience • Competency in all sections of the clinical laboratory; or, competence in the section(s) supervised Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.
