Registered Nurse

Overview LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Maryland, providing high-quality, compassionate care within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care across a diverse population, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to optimize outcomes and enhance the patient and family experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop and implement individualized plans of care. Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor patient responses, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in condition. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record to support seamless communication and continuity of care. Provide patient and family education, explaining diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions in clear, compassionate terms. Coordinate care transitions (admissions, transfers, discharges) with an interdisciplinary team to address clinical, social, and emotional needs. Uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality standards and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Engage in a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and opportunities for professional growth, including ongoing education and specialty training. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Clinical, patient-centered approach with strong teamwork and communication skills.
