Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist! Job Description:
- Join a dynamic team as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting!
- Take charge of patient-focused care by utilizing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Your Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate patient function with both formal and informal testing measures to determine their skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status.
- Develop goal-specific treatment regimens based on thorough assessments and patients' tolerance.
- Submit comprehensive written treatment plans as part of the overall plan, in coordination with physician approvals.
- Create a detailed schedule for treatment that is frequency and duration specific, discussing it with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatment alternatives, prognosis, and rationale through various interventions. Requirements:
- Outpatient experience is a must!
- Physical Therapy experience required.
- Candidates must provide:
- Work history.
- Skills checklist relevant to Physical Therapy (current to 1 year).
- Two completed supervisory reference forms (within the last two years).
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
