We are seeking a Service Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our call center team. This role plays a key part in delivering a top-tier customer experience by assisting service customers with appointment scheduling, providing updates, and supporting customer retention efforts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally, following established scripts and guidelines
• Promptly answer incoming service inquiries and assist customers effectively
• Schedule and manage service appointments in line with dealership policies
• Accurately enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems
• Complete outbound call activities, including:
  • No-show follow-ups
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Lead follow-ups
  • Task list completion
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including daily outbound call volume (approximately 125 calls/day)
• Ensure balanced appointment scheduling across the service department
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company standards at all times
• Support additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong customer service background required
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities
• Comfortable using computers and CRM platforms
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to succeed
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory Saturdays
