Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage as needed. Patient ratio of 1:6.

• No requirement to interpret dysrhythmias; dedicated monitoring technicians on staff

• 39-bed medical surgical unit with telemetry capabilities

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required; CPI preferred
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratios
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the location
• Skills required include telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, IV management, wound care, stroke care, pre/post-surgical care, and isolation precautions
