Avir Trilogy is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to join our team!

We're looking for a Regional Business Office Manager who can see the numbers across a portfolio and knows what to do about them. You'll provide operational leadership for business office functions across multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Texas, partnering with Executive Directors, Business Office Managers, and regional leadership to keep financial and administrative operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.

This is a revenue cycle role and a people role in equal measure. You'll dig into aging and collections performance, and you'll spend just as much time developing the Business Office Managers who own those numbers day to day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide oversight and support for business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

• Monitor and improve accounts receivable performance, cash collections, aging, and reimbursement processes.

• Review financial reports, identify trends, and recommend strategies to strengthen revenue cycle performance.

• Ensure timely, accurate billing across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay, and other payer sources.

• Maintain sound bookkeeping practices, month-end close, resident trust accounting, and financial records.

• Support facilities with budget monitoring, financial controls, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with corporate finance and reimbursement teams to resolve complex billing and payment issues.

• Mentor, train, and develop Business Office Managers and administrative staff across the region.

• Oversee medical records processes so documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and organizational requirements.

• Monitor compliance with record retention, privacy regulations, and health information management standards.

• Partner with clinical leadership on documentation that supports accurate reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for Regional Business Office Manager:

• Minimum of five years of progressive business office leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay billing, collections, and reimbursement.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of medical records management and healthcare documentation requirements.

• Experience preparing facilities for financial audits and regulatory reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic health records, healthcare billing systems, Microsoft Office, and financial management software.

• Strong leadership and coaching ability, with experience mentoring business office staff.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Multi-facility or regional healthcare management experience preferred.

• Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas, including occasional overnight travel. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
