Realty Project Coach

Job Overview Location – Huntington, WV, 25701, United States. Base Pay $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Year. Job Category Utility / Warehouse. Responsibilities As a Realty Project Coach, you will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across the US. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards by partnering with store team leads, supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store leadership. Frequent travel to project sites across the country is required. Influencing Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects. Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates. Resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates. Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations. Develop Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities for your team members, listening to ideas and concerns, evaluating talent, mentoring, recognizing contributions, and identifying career paths for associates. Shift & Travel Shift: Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10 to 12 hours. Travel: Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management – Management Professional Certification. Additional Information Must have reliable transportation. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing contributions, and fostering diversity awareness.
