Youth Housing Case Manager: Empower & Stabilize

North Shore Community Development Coalition is seeking a self-motivated housing case manager to support young adults (18-24) experiencing homelessness or aging out of foster care on the North Shore. You will manage a caseload, conduct intake, develop housing plans, coordinate services, and advocate to connect youth with temporary and permanent housing, services, and supports in a fast-paced, youth-first environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Opportunity Communities, LLC
