Store-in-Store Manager

Overview The Store-in-Store Manager is a key member of the Retail Team, responsible for delivering the T‑Mobile brand experience within partner locations. The role leads a team of Mobile Experts, drives sales, manages store operations, and develops strong relationships with both customers and partner leaders. Responsibilities Leadership Ignite passion for customers in every Mobile Expert through orientation and coaching. Conduct observations of customer interactions, provide feedback, and initiate training conversations. Manage customer flow and wait times while maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge. Develop and reinforce best practices that emphasize customer obsession, friendliness, and engagement. Ensure team proficiency with store systems and corporate communications. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses. Supervise sales team, including coaching, recruiting, performance management, and scheduling. Maintain store environment quality, visual displays, and interactive devices in line with national standards. Sales and Customer Engagement Engage a broad range of customers in a high‑visibility retail setting and build welcoming relationships. Use digital tools and solution‑based selling techniques to identify customer needs and demonstrate product value. Complete training on the Store-in-Store experience, new products, and processes. Follow up with customers, grow a sales funnel, and safeguard customer data per T‑Mobile policies. Operate on‑site, engaging with customers through sales and service transactions. Account Partnership Build and nurture relationships with Store-in-Store partner leadership for mutual success. Collaborate with partner sales teams to drive successful customer outcomes and referrals. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 2‑4 years of retail sales management experience (required) 2‑4 years of sales management experience (required) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Store management experience Store operations knowledge Customer service expertise Licenses & Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel & Other Requirements Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $62,400 – $112,600, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $46,800 – $84,450. Actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
