Press Brake Operator

Position Summary We are currently seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our Day and Night Shift teams at our Thermal location. If you have at least 2 years of press brake experience and are looking to grow with a stable, industry‑leading manufacturer, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Bend steel parts ranging from 24-gauge up to 10-gauge Change press brake tooling and dies as needed Calibrate and program machines to meet precise bend specifications Set up and operate press brake equipment (primarily automated with manual adjustments) Restock materials and report damaged or incorrect materials to management Measure finished products accurately to ensure quality and uniformity Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years of press brake operation experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Ability to read and interpret bend drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Shift: Day and Night Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 10–12 hour shifts Overtime: As needed Why Nailor?
