Kitchen Manager - AM Shifts Only!

Kitchen Manager

A growing scratch-menu concept is looking for a Kitchen Manager for their Tuscaloosa location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurant/hotel environment. This individual needs to be comfortable leading a team and implementing new procedures and menu items.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards for execution
  • Develop and coach the team
  • Manage financial performance while planning and growing the business
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a leader in scratch kitchens
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume production
  • Ability to adapt and change
  • Strong leadership skills
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Benefits:
  • Excellent quality of life, only average about 50 hours per week
  • Only open for breakfast and lunch, NO NIGHTS!
