Experienced Welder – Night Shift

Location: North Temple, TX
Pay: Starting at $27.00/hr for Night Shift ($25.00+/hr DOE + $2.00/hr Shift Differential)
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Crouch Staffing is seeking  experienced Welders for a full-time night shift opportunity in the  North Temple, TX area .

This position is best suited for skilled welders with strong hands-on experience in multiple welding processes who are comfortable reading blueprints, interpreting welding symbols, and producing high-quality welds in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must successfully pass a 6G weld test to qualify for this position.

• Perform welding using  MIG, Flux Core (FCAW), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)processes
• Read and interpret  blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment according to job specifications
• Produce welds that meet required quality and dimensional standards
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow established welding procedures and production specifications
• Perform grinding, fitting, and preparation of materials as needed
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE
• Work efficiently in a production-focused manufacturing environment

• Previous professional welding experience required
• Experience with  MIG welding
• Experience with  Flux Core welding
• Experience with  Submerged Arc Welding
• Ability to read and understand  blueprints and welding symbols
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a 6G weld test
• Strong attention to weld quality and workmanship
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of an industrial welding position
