Stay Active. Pitch In. Make Every Stay Feel Like Home!

Enjoy being on the move, helping others, and seeing the difference your work makes? Join Homewood Suites Richmond Airport as a Hotel Houseperson.

You'll help keep our hotel looking its best and our housekeeping team stocked and ready for the day. From delivering fresh linens to making shared spaces shine, your efforts will help create a welcoming home away from home for every guest.

WHY YOU'LL ENJOY WORKING HERE

• Full-time or part-time. Pick steady full-time hours with great benefits, or part-time that fits around school, family, or another job.
• Day shifts. Work while the sun's up and keep your evenings for yourself.
• Always on the move. No desk, no sitting still. Every hour brings something different around the hotel.
• Be the team's MVP. Room attendants count on you, and they'll let you know how much they appreciate it.
• No experience? No problem. We'll train you on everything you need to know.
• Stay active. Skip the gym and get your steps in while you get paid.
• Room to grow. With 9 hotels near Richmond International Airport and 80+ overall, we promote from within. Today's Houseperson could be tomorrow's Rooms Inspector, Supervisor, or beyond.

WHO WE ARE

In 1978, two family members bought one bankrupt hotel in Lumberton, NC, and combined their last names (Shah + Amin) to create Shamin. Fast-forward to today: we're the largest hotel owner and operator in Virginia, with 80+ hotels and growing.

We're big, but we still run on the same three core values of our culture:

• Team Up: We've got each other's backs.
• Own It: Take pride in your work and keep learning.
• Passionately Serve: Care deeply and create memories.
