Managing customer Cisco renewal opportunities, the full-time remote Cisco Lifecycle Renewals Specialist will collaborate with account teams to provide accurate renewal quotes and support throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities: Own and execute assigned Cisco renewal opportunities, ensuring accurate quoting and compliance with partner program guidelines Engage with Cisco support teams and maintain accurate CRM data for renewal opportunities and client information Collaborate with internal teams to drive renewal revenue growth and facilitate post-renewal updates Required qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred 3-5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal experience preferred Proficiency in Cisco Partner Tools (e.g., CCW-R, CCW) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively Basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills regarding client quotes and reports
