Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional ready to take the next step in their career by delivering exceptional client service while mentoring and supporting Account Managers. Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000. Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with Account Managers to foster their professional growth through coaching and mentorship. Uphold a team-first approach, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes. Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations, such as tight renewal cycles or challenging client interactions. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance; 8+ years preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking with the ability to view the client holistically. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A coaching mindset with a focus on team development and growth. Strong ownership and follow-through on commitments.
