Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days) 100% employer-paid employee health insurance premiums Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with up to a 4% company match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Company service truck Fuel card Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Gym membership reimbursement Referral bonus program Professional development and ongoing training Stable, year-round work What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment Perform maintenance and preventative service Accurately identify problems and provide homeowners with honest recommendations Complete work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Maintain accurate job documentation using mobile technology Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked Represent Chesapeake Home Services with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience using mobile technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Backflow Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and dependable Pride in producing quality work Commitment to safety and professionalism Physical Requirements Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and confined spaces Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Overtime available Participation in an on-call rotation Work Location: On the road throughout our service area.
