Territory Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, high‑performing Territory Manager with experience in selling floor‑covering products in distribution, manufacturing, or retail. This position will have the opportunity to manage and grow the Fort Myers, Naples & Miami, Florida territory. This role will work closely with the existing WilliamBird representatives to grow profitable market share. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑motivating, and has a strong understanding of solution‑selling approaches. They will integrate closely with internal teams to maximize growth opportunities within the territory. Duties/Responsibilities Integrate closely with internal teams and maximize growth opportunities within their assigned territory. Drive profitable business by selling a variety of floor‑covering products across various categories while supporting some of the finest manufacturing names in the industry. Have the ability and drive to develop personal relationships and turn those relationships into business results. Must be responsive to customers’ needs by using text, email, and/or phone. Understand our customers’ business, identify potential solutions, and present those solutions with enthusiasm to the point of adoption. Required & Preferred Skills Driven and competitive to excel in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Essential to excel in a quota‑driven environment. Self‑directed professional with an understanding of a solution‑sales approach and can develop relationships and partnerships. Must possess a solid business acumen with the ability to quickly learn about products, understand our customers’ business, and implement effective solutions to drive profitability. Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills. Ability to present product offerings in a manner that leads to solution adoption. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field OR 3‑5 years of experience in floor‑covering sales is preferred.
