Our client is a well-established outpatient primary care clinic located in San Antonio, Texas , seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to patients ages 16 and up , in a supportive, collaborative environment. Position Details Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (no inpatient or hospital work) Patient Ages: 16+ Average Patient Volume: 23–26 per day EMR: eClinicalWorks Patient Population: Privately insured patients Procedures: IUD insertions/removals, trigger point injections, wax removal, and other common in-office procedures Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM No weekends Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (negotiable, commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, PTO, and more Ideal Candidate The ideal FNP is confident managing a fast-paced outpatient schedule, enjoys performing minor procedures, and values long-term relationships with patients.
