GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.**Job Requirements:**Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Experience with trials, taking and defending depositions, and attendance of hearings are preferred. Prior clerkship experience is also preferred.
