Location 300 Country Club Road,Casper, WY, 82609,United States Job Summary Provides administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers for obtaining and verifying client information to meet loan standards and regulations for loan approval and closing. Assists clients with questions on the loan application process, schedules appointments, and assists with all department services as necessary. Primary Duties/Responsibilities Reviews residential real estate loan applications and verifies information including, but not limited to income, assets, collateral, and liabilities. Orders and reviews title insurance, appraisal, flood certification, tax transcripts, and any other verification documents needed. Communicates with the underwriter to ensure all Desktop Underwriter findings are in order prior to underwriting and at closing. Maintains open communication with the borrower, realtor, and title company to answer questions, request and verify any information as needed. Ensures files meets investor and agency requirements as well as federal and state regulations. Prepares closing documents. Maintains application data in origination software. Schedules appointments for prequalification’s and loan closings. Assists loan officer with sales calls. Assists clients with Safe Deposit Box services as necessary. Assists clients with Reverse Mortgage inquires. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, phone, and email. High attention to detail and time management skills for meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry and other computer skills. Reliable attendance for completing tasks timely and providing outstanding service. Prior loan processing or other bank experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
