Senior Development Associate

Who we are looking for: A dedicated and skilled team member who believes in our mission. The Senior Development Associate works with staff and board members to coordinate fundraising efforts across all programs. This individual will bring nonprofit development experience from previous positions and creativity to invigorate new fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

? Support the agency's fundraising efforts

? Assist with donor and sponsor relations and communication

? Cultivate relationships with major donors and develop new ones

? Assist with email and mail solicitation and communications campaigns

? Process donations and enter fundraising data into CRM database

? Reconcile fundraising data entry with accounting

? Provide timely thank you notes and tax documentation to donors

? Perform prospect research and analysis

? Assist with grant writing and reporting as needed

? Assist with events such as our Champions for Change fundraiser

? Support sponsor engagement, including invoicing and event attendance

? Create assets and copy for social media, website, and print materials

? Collaborate on communication plan and collateral materials for videos, testimonials, cases for support, campaigns, newsletters, etc

? Respond to information requests

? Other duties as assigned

What qualifies you for the job: A Bachelor's degree.

? 5 years' experience in nonprofit development.

? Enthusiasm and passion for supporting women and ending family violence.

? Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.

? Excellent organization and time management skills.

? Superior verbal and written communication skills, including editing.

? Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
