We offer wonderful benefits including:Medical, Dental, and Vision401K MatchingPTO Time and Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementHSA Support from CompanyLife InsuranceShort and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral BonusAdditional Perks:Career growth opportunitiesCompany invested trainingEmployee engagement events throughout the yearResponsibilities include:Analyze drawings and solid models of aerospace parts to determine the tooling required to produce patterns for investment casting.Design fixtures and tooling necessary for production.3D solid modeling and surface modeling.Observes first article production and inspection to verify process is followed and results are conforming.Develop methods to improve manufacturing processes.Collaborate with internal tool makers and external vendors on tool designs and modifications.Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications as needed to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equal.5-years of experience preferredStrong knowledge and experience in Solidworks or other CAD software is required.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsGood understanding of GD&TStrong communication skillsCandidate should be respectful and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
