Circle of Care St. Louis is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Home Care Staffing Coordinator to support daily operations, caregiver scheduling, and client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys balancing scheduling, people support, and problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality care while helping caregivers succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesCaregiver Recruitment & Onboarding- Recruit, screen, and interview qualified caregivers
- Maintain an active caregiver pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation
- Ensure all employment requirements are completed accurately
- Create and manage caregiver schedules for client assignments
- Fill open shifts and respond to call-offs quickly
- Ensure consistent staffing coverage with minimal disruptions
- Match caregivers appropriately based on client needs and compatibility
- Track and verify caregiver hours weekly
- Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid services
- Monitor service hours to ensure care plan compliance
- Maintain regular communication with caregivers
- Address attendance, reliability, and performance concerns
- Reinforce scheduling expectations and accountability
- Support caregiver retention and engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families
- Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups
- Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure care plans are followed appropriately
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Reliable transportation required
