We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Painter to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial painting, with experience handling both interior and exterior painting for a variety of building types, including offices, retail spaces, schools, and other commercial properties. Special consideration and extra pay compensation will be considered for someone with a background of Wallpaper installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and coatings to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and trim.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment such as sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
- Perform minor repairs on surfaces, including patching holes and cracks.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- experience in commerical painting
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes, and their appropriate applications.
- Physical stamina to work for long hours, lift heavy materials, and work at heights when necessary.
