Job Title: Autobody Technician / Painter
Department: Body Shop
Report To: Paul Alfer - Body Shop Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday thru Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Autobody Technician/Painter to join our body shop repair team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality body repairs, preparation, and automotive painting from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Repair damaged vehicle body panels and components
Perform dent repair, panel replacement, and bodywork
Sand, prep, prime, and mask vehicles for paint
Mix and match automotive paint colors
Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and other refinishing products
Blend paint for a quality, seamless finish
Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim
Inspect your work to ensure a quality repair
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work as part of a team to complete repairs efficiently and correctly

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of previous auto body and/or automotive painting experience
Knowledge of collision repair and refinishing
Strong attention to detail
Pride in your workmanship
Dependability and a good work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license is required

Pay: Starting Hourly Wage of $27.00 / competitive pay based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Full-time - Monday thru Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Experience: 3+ years of autobody & paint experience
