Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to become a vital member of our expanding imaging team, dedicated to providing exemplary care. Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, explaining each phase of the procedure with warmth and understanding
• Work closely with radiologists and referring providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, addressing any malfunctions immediately
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic health record system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
