divh2Regional Nurse Consultant/h2pWe are seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to support and oversee the clinical operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities in and around the Kansas City, Missouri area. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and best practices in skilled nursing care./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide clinical oversight and guidance to facility nursing teams to ensure the highest standards of resident care./liliMonitor compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards./liliConduct on-site visits to assess quality measures, identify areas for improvement, and support corrective action plans./liliMentor and train Directors of Nursing and other clinical staff to strengthen leadership and operational consistency./liliCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive clinical outcomes and enhance resident satisfaction./liliAnalyze data and trends to develop proactive quality and performance improvement initiatives./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliActive RN license (Missouri or compact state)./liliMinimum of 35 years of experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant, Director of Nursing, or similar leadership role in skilled nursing./liliStrong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical systems management./liliExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to travel regularly within the assigned region./li/ulpJoin a dedicated team committed to quality, compliance, and compassionate resident care.
