Christian Academy Teacher

Victory Christian Academy

We are seeking qualified, committed, and passionate teachers who desire to educate students in a structured, supportive, and Christ-centered academic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective classroom instruction
• Implement the Abeka curriculum
• Maintain an orderly and academically focused classroom
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records
• Communicate professionally with parents and administrators
• Support students academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually
• Participate in meetings, school activities, and professional development
• Maintain classroom discipline and student supervision
• Support the Christian mission of Victory Christian Academy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Teaching, tutoring, ministry, or classroom experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective classroom-management skills
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Familiarity with Abeka is helpful
• Commitment to Christian education
• Dependability, professionalism, and integrity

Schedule : 8:00am - 4:30pm
Employment: Full-time
