Schedules and ensures appropriate staffing. Ensure supplies and equipment are available. Works with Ambulatory Operation Director and clinical directors to resolve issues pertaining to the assigned area. Educates and consults patients and families regarding their concerns. Performs job duties in accordance with UMMC's purpose.## Education & ExperienceMust be licensed as RN for three (3) years. BSN preferred. **CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:**Valid RN License, BLS## Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of nursing procedures. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and registered nurses. Knowledge and understanding of computer systems, tools, and programs. Supervisory skills.
