Overview Customer Service Rep – Automotive Service Department, Frisco, CO We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Automotive Service Writer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Automotive knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates. Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed. Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates. Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, service software a plus).
