They are honest and straightforward and get customers in and out efficiently./ppOur company has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, and customer service minded Office/Billing Clerk in our Accounting Department. The Billing Clerk processes billing of all new and used vehicle deals, verifying all policies, money down, trade information and necessary paperwork. Routes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office./ppEssential Responsibilities (not limited to):/pulliPerform basic and routine accounting functions/liliSubmit and cancel all-over-the counter, submit aftermarket/extended warranty products/liliProcess extended warranty cancellations./liliMaintain and reconcile schedules/liliHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned/liliComplete specific tasks assigned by manager/liliAssist in processing car deals/liliIssue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions/liliReviewing deal paperwork for compliance/liliCoordinates changes to recaps with FI/liliBill out dealer trades/liliBill out wholesale/liliOther special projects or duties requested by Controller, General Manager, or Officers of the Company/li/ul/div
