A journeyman HVAC installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a blend of technical skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
