Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth objectives Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives Create division‑specific marketing plans in partnership with operational leaders Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment Digital Marketing & Brand Development Oversee website performance, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and digital campaigns Manage CRM and marketing automation initiatives Direct content creation, copywriting, and sales collateral development Enhance brand visibility through PR campaigns, events, and industry engagement Lead and mentor Marketing Coordinators and supporting team members Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, web developers, and marketing vendors Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams Support multiple divisions and locations with customized marketing programs Leverage AI‑powered marketing tools and emerging technologies Produce monthly marketing performance reports Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize results Create scalable marketing systems and processes that support long‑term growth Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation 3+ years of management experience leading teams and projects Experience within commercial construction, roofing, or related industries strongly preferred Experience managing vendors, agencies, and third‑party marketing partners Strong background in B2B marketing and customer acquisition initiatives Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre‑Employment Drug test Digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising expertise Marketing automation and CRM experience Strong copywriting and communication skills Exceptional project management and organizational abilities Data-driven decision‑making and analytical mindset Experience integrating AI tools into marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Collaborative leadership style with a focus on accountability and results Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full‑time onsite position in Fort Lauderdale, FL Travel required approximately 20-25% for branch office visits, trade shows, and statewide events Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
