The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. The role requires working three 12-hour shifts from 1900 to 0730. All personal health and certification requirements must be fulfilled prior to the start date. Candidates should be prepared to provide documentation for various health requirements including vaccines and screenings. Nursing skills in intensive care are essential for this position. Strong critical thinking and patient assessment abilities are necessary. Collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes is expected.
