Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget Proactively communicate with leadership Support and mentor junior team members on project execution and problem-solving MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
