Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support our inpatient rehabilitation team within Healthcare & Medical Services. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and provide hands-on support to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. You will document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help ensure a safe, motivating, and nurturing environment aligned with our focus on high-quality, patient-centered care and strong professional growth opportunities.
