Who You Are: Expert Practitioner: A seasoned leader with 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, dedicated to driving organizational excellence through high‑impact strategic business partnering. You bring a proven track record of success within the Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality sectors. Credible Influencer: Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence at the C‑suite level. Agile Problem Solver: Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. Communicator & Listener: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration. Certified Professional: PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
