Sous Chef responsible for sauté and cooking preparation and following recipes of the house. Experience necessary for we are a well regarded Bistro with creative and wholesome food offered to our customers. We offer paid vacations and insurance to permenant employees. Our atmosphere is one of creativity,accountability and mutual respect. If you are a career restaurateur you will find our environment supportive and appreciated by our staff and customers. The pay is more then competitive with other houses.
