Minimum Qualifications

• Active RN license required (compact license accepted where applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; rehabilitation experience or background in rehab nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts as a Travel RN
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary rehab care

Rehab RN Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults in a rehabilitation setting as a Rehabilitation RN / Travel RN
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans and rehab goals
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress, perform clinical assessments, and document care accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, discharge planning, and home safety
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients and staff following facility policies and regulatory standards
