Production Associate 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

$19.50-$21.50

In this role, you'll assist with a variety of light production tasks, including packing, stock replenishment, inspecting finished goods, and supporting machine operations. You'll be part of a supportive team in a clean, climate-controlled facility with clear paths to advancement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform packing, labeling, and other light production tasks
• Replenish raw materials and maintain production flow
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
• Palletize and stage products for shipment
• Load materials onto machinery as needed
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or light manufacturing preferred
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow directions
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
